[Employer hidden] is a growing, forward thinking generic SEN secondary school within Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, a Trust of seven schools including both mainstream primary and specialist settings. Our staff team is diverse, with many colleagues joining us from both primary and secondary backgrounds before specialising in SEN.

About Our School

Our provision is built around three pathways, complex needs, semi-formal, and formal. This structure allows us to tailor learning to the needs and abilities of each young person. Our curriculum is centered on preparation for adulthood, and we place strong emphasis on developing life skills, independence, and confidence.

We work using a restorative and relational approach, creating a nurturing environment based on trust, respect, and consistent positive relationships with the underpinning value ‘one size fits one’.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious maths specialist who is committed to helping young people with special educational needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a secondary maths teacher who will provide learning opportunities for students working at function skills level and lower grades of the GCSE schemes of work. We welcome applications from teachers with the enthusiasm and adaptability to make a meaningful difference.
