Elms Farm Community Primary School [Employer hidden] is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking individual for the role of SENDCO.

The successful candidate will become part of our established Senior Management Team. The role will involve a teaching commitment which will be planned with the successful candidate to enable adequate management time to complete the essential role of SENDCo at our school.

We are looking for:

• Somebody who is passionate about meeting the needs of all pupils
• Someone with experience supporting a range of pupils across the primary phase
• An organised, innovative, confident practitioner with good interpersonal skills;
• Someone dedicated to professional development and holds or is happy to study for the National Award for SENCos
• Someone who can evidence leadership experience/skill set
