The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Support Services Team as an Administrator where you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service to the Council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
  • Identify issue and work with colleagues to improve services
  • Support supervisors by helping to manage service demand
  • Deliver a range of core and service specific support actives
  • Provide cover across Council services and locations as and when required 

About You:

Experience of delivering services in a customer service focused environment as an administrator or clerical role

Good ICT skills with experience across a range of software packages and systems

Good literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated by GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications 

Good verbal and written communications skills paying attention to customer care

Experience of developing and maintaining record systems
