Expert knowledge of early reading, fluency, comprehension and vocabulary. Extensive, up-to-date understanding of systematic synthetic phonics.  Confident analysing data, leading intervention and coaching staff to ensure consistency and impact. Committed to building a whole-school culture of reading for pleasure

Writing Excellence

Strong expertise in writing pedagogy, including grammar, sentence structure and composition. Skilled in modelling high-quality writing and supporting teachers to plan, teach and assess effectively
