Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR2
Contract type: Full Time
Contract term: Permanent
Starting: asap – subject to recruitment checks
Haughton School is a primary school for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic middle leader, who believes that every child can achieve, succeed and develop to their full potential when their individual needs are met.
We need you to:
- Be an exemplary middle leader with knowledge and experience of moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Be of resilient character with a can-do attitude.
- Be a committed advocate for inclusive practice.
- Be a team player committed to working in partnership with all stakeholders.
- Have a desire and driving force to make a difference.

We operate a Safeguarding Policy which promotes the welfare of children.
