Job Details

Harbury C of E Primary is a member of the Arden Forest Multi Academy Trust and is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years teacher.

[Employer hidden] is a warm, inclusive community where staff and pupils “celebrate equality and diversity each day” and are proud to live out the school vision to “love, learn, grow.” Rooted in our Christian ethos and inspired by *“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18)*, our school is a place where values are lived out daily. Ofsted recognises that “pupils are happy and safe” and that classrooms are “calm, orderly places where pupils listen attentively and settle quickly,” creating a positive environment in which teachers can thrive. Staff are supported by strong leadership, with teachers reporting positively on “the support from leaders to manage their workload and well-being.” With high expectations for achievement, a “rich curriculum,” and a strong commitment to supporting all learners—including highly effective provision for pupils with SEND—Harbury offers a rewarding and purposeful place to teach, grow professionally, and make a real difference.
