This is more than a warehouse role, you'll be a key part of a specialist team ensuring vital materials are received, handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently in line with production and shipping timelines.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing the receipt, sampling, storage, picking, and dispatch of clinical trial materials
Operating within both warehouse and dispensary environments, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance
Carrying out materials and warehouse transactions using SAP systems
Ensuring all activities align with GxP, EHS, and internal procedures
Supporting audits and inspections while maintaining strict adherence to transport security, COSHH, and hazardous goods regulations
Working closely with Quality teams to maintain approvals and full chain of custody
Safely operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks

What We're Looking For

Proven background in warehouse, logistics, or materials management (ideally within pharma or another regulated industry)
Good understanding of GxP principles (preferred)
Valid RTITB (or equivalent) licences for reach and counterbalance forklifts
Experience handling or transporting hazardous goods
Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office
A proactive, flexible approach with excellent communication skills and a strong team mindset
