Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage customer experience metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
  • Analyse customer feedback and behavioural data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development and delivery of customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of escalation processes to improve resolution times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer experience, service operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
