Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer experience metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
- Analyse customer feedback and behavioural data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and delivery of customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
- Contribute to the development of escalation processes to improve resolution times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer experience, service operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
