FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to support the delivery of secured projects within the programme. The role is responsible for ensuring that all logistics plans and operations are safe, compliant, and effectively managed.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing site logistics governance, compliance, and documentation.
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and drive corrective action.
- Coordinating programmes to minimise disruption and ensure H&S clarity.
- Overseeing delivery systems, data accuracy, and process updates.
- Managing logistics risks and change control.
- Reviewing safety, quality, and temporary works.
- Supporting environmental compliance and issue resolution.
- Engaging stakeholders and manage communications.
- Maintaining commercial oversight and cost control.
- Championing continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll Need To Have
- 8-15 years of experience delivering logistics on major, live construction programmes.
- Strong CDM, H&S, environmental and sustainability knowledge.
- Skilled in risk, change, contract and performance governance.
- Effective stakeholder manager across complex estates.
- Proficient with KPIs, reporting, and logistics systems.
- NVQ Level 5/6, SMSTS, Black CSCS.
