Project Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a Project Manager to support in the delivery of secured projects within a life sciences programme, delivering critical national infrastructure for a central government client. The role involves full project lifecycle ownership, from design and planning through delivery, commissioning, and handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing end‑to‑end delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.
- Managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk.
- Coordinating design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Overseeing contractors to meet technical and contractual requirements.
- Driving progress and resolve issues.
- Engaging stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Ensuring governance, safety, and compliance.
- Managing budgets, procurement, and commercial activities.
You’ll Need To Have
- Degree in civil/electrical engineering with experience in major infrastructure.
- Proven delivery of multidisciplinary projects in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder, governance, and project management capability.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and civil - electrical interfaces.
