[Employer hidden] is offering a one-week internship in our London office for students and young people interested in real estate investment and asset management. This immersive programme is designed to provide hands-on exposure to projects, insight into our investment strategy, and the day-to-day operations of a growing capital partner, with a strong focus on responsible sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

During the programme, interns can expect to gain insight into:

  • The fundamentals of real estate investment management
  • How investment managers assess opportunities, including risk and return considerations
  • Financial analysis and investment underwriting principles
  • Sector research and market analysis techniques
  • The role of asset management in driving long-term performance
  • ESG and sustainability considerations in real asset investing
  • How investment strategies are communicated to institutional investors

Interns will also develop key professional skills, including analytical thinking, teamwork, presentation skills, and commercial awareness.
