About The Role

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group are now looking for a Business Services Manager to join our team in Grangemouth on a full-time, employee basis. An excellent salary + benefits package is available for the successful candidate.

Role summary:
The Business Services Manager is required to provide leadership across all Estimating, Cost Management, Planning, and Commercial functions for the contract, ensuring full compliance with client and company processes, procedures, and adherence to Delegation of Authority requirements across all contract activities throughout the contract lifecycle.

About You

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a relevant subject or equivalent

Experience/competence:

  • Significant, demonstrable experience in Project Planning, Estimating and Cost Control
  • Understanding of interfaces between various engineering disciplines, project management and construction
  • Experience in the use of Business Systems and Implementation and Management of Processes
  • Significant experience in the use of planning software
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing and developing others
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English
