We are looking for a Creative Designer and UX Expert who will act as a crucial link between our clients and our internal teams. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, providing expert consultation and project management to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, social media, and various digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand user needs and business goals, then create design solutions that meet those needs.
• Apply best practices in UX/UI design and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in digital design and usability.
• Create concepts and translate into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimise designs and user interfaces.
• Regularly test and iterate designs to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers, executive level stakeholders, and clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a creative designer and UX expert.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative designs and superior UX skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric design.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
