The role involves developing creative designs and user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and conducting user research to optimize designs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in design or a related field, proven experience as a creative designer and UX specialist, and proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative designs and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, social media, and various digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand user needs and business goals, then create design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Apply best practices in UX/UI design and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in digital design and usability.
  • Create concepts and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs and user interfaces.
  • Regularly test and iterate on designs to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers, executive-level stakeholders, and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a creative designer and UX specialist.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and advanced UX skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • The ability to effectively communicate design concepts, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric design.
  • Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions.
