We are looking for a Client-Facing Marketing Manager who will act as a crucial link between our clients and our internal teams. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, providing expert consultation and project management to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client accounts, developing and implementing bespoke marketing strategies aligned with their specific goals.
- Leverage a range of resources across development, digital marketing, SEO, sales, design, and content creation to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss strategies, updates, and performance metrics.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through clear communication and consistent delivery on project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing clients with insightful reports and future recommendations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role and fast paced environment, client experience favourable but not essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and more.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
