We are currently hiring Customer Care Assistants - full and part time - for our fabulous new store, located in the heart of Morecambe, just off the promenade in this traditional seaside town.

We are currently hiring Customer Care Assistants - full and part time - for our fabulous new store, located in the heart of Morecambe, just off the promenade in this traditional seaside town.

We are recruiting to fill:

  • Part Time roles - work around childcare, family commitments, college, and your life!
  • Full Time roles - a variety of shifts and day parts available to tailor around you.

Weekends and evenings are our busiest times at [Employer hidden] and require the most staff, but with opening times that are convenient for our wide array of customers, it's likely that we have a job to suit YOU.

Successful candidates will go through our award-winning training programme now, at a nearby restaurant, getting them ready for being part of the opening team at the new location in early summer 2026.

As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
