As a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Crew Member

My name is Chelsea. I have

worked here for three years and my role

is crew member.

Back when I started at [Employer hidden], I was

very quiet very withdrawn very within myself. I'm pretty

much sprouted into who I am today. On shift

I'm very much an energetic, jokey person. Like

I will use you have a laugh. I feel like I've been supported and valued

by people on shift. There's always gratitude going around.

And there's always there's always that support there as

well as you're doing the role.

Yeah, best thing the people, the customers.

Flexibility around what days you can't work, what days you can work.

Being able to do things with people in store like arranging to

maybe meet out and go the other places and just really having that

connection within the crew

at your store.

It's a very lovely thing to have.

I still have people that I talk to today that have left the store and

move on to different jobs for that that friendship stays there.

Shift Leader

My name is Akeem. I've worked

at [Employer hidden] for about five and a half years and currently a shift manager. So my

role as a shift manager is making sure quality

service and cleanliness are at the

highest standards it can be while I'm in the restaurant. I'm making sure all

the customers that I've connected on that day have had

a great visit. So I'd say a typical day as a shift manager

is walking in greeting all your

staff members, then doing a store walk around.

So you start from the outside of the restaurant you'd work

all the way inside and making sure you always viewing it from a customers

point of view and seeing what they want to see. I'll say

how [Employer hidden] has supported me. It's just they always give you the opportunity to

develop and progress. They've got such a good training program

to become a shift manager. There's amazing training for

whatever you want to do [Employer hidden].

So I'll say how [Employer hidden] supported me throughout my studies

is they're always very flexible with their approach. So at work I've received

the employee of the year award because of all the hard work I did

for that year and it's just nice to see that [Employer hidden] shows like

support and appreciates all the hard

work you do in the restaurants. I'd say my favorite thing about working at [Employer hidden]

is the people that I work with like such a diverse

and just a great bunch of

people. It just makes the job so much easier. I think

[Employer hidden] has helped me to help develop as a person. It's kind of made me a lot

more confident because obviously they've trusted me to be a shift manager

and they've given me that sense of responsibility.

Customer Experience Leader

Hi, my name is Leslie. I'm a CEL at [Employer hidden] to

be a good customer experience leader. I think you need to have a really

happy disposition and be willing to get stuck in

and be part of a good team. My role at [Employer hidden] is meeting

and greeting the customers making sure

that they've got a really good experience when they walk

through the door. I enjoy talking to the customers. That's what I love about

what they want. I like working with the staff.

We're all different ages. We have a really good team spirit.

We all get on really well. My role

as customer experience leaders, we need to step up

and make sure that the restaurant is ready for the customers and

make sure everybody's happy. I wouldn't go back to any other

love it.
