PPC Specialist

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for an enthusiastic and bright PPC Executive to join their digital marketing team. The role involves managing PPC accounts, optimizing campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities across paid advertising channels like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Daily management of PPC accounts and paid advertising
  • Competitor analysis
  • Optimising account structure
  • Growing all paid advertising channels
  • Budget management across advertising channels
  • Applying and ensuring Google best practises where appropriate on Google Ads and respective best practices for other paid advertising channels
  • Identifying new ways to grow, enhance and optimise paid advertising channels

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising with 2+ years’ hands-on experience (required)
  • A keen interest in paid advertising, paid search and digital marketing trends
  • In depth knowledge of paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Deep understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, quality scores, ad rank and other components of paid search
  • Experience writing compelling written content for ads quickly
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns that use automated bidding
  • Have an exceptionally high standard of English and grammar
  • Passionate about attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards throughout your work
  • Excellent analytical skills to help evaluate and improve paid search performance when assessing auction insights and identifying opportunity for campaign optimisations
  • The ability to work closely and collaboratively with other team members
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Is articulate, analytical and methodical
  • Is results-driven and highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude
  • Has a high level of organisation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Has a solid team spirit and strong work ethic
  • Is proactive and enthusiastic
