Experienced Credit Controllers – we are looking for you! We are looking for that special someone with great experience working within a Credit Management office-based role. If you have suitable experience, with excellent listening skills and are a great communicator, we would love to hear from you.
About The Role
- Inbound and outbound calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
- Looking after customers enquiries and payments via email, phone and web accounts
- Resolving complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
- Opening new accounts and processing credit checks
- Collecting aged debt and resolving unallocated payments
- Taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
- Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at [Employer hidden] will have:
- More than 1 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
- Experience using SAGE and good working experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
