FULL DESCRIPTION

We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £13.89 per hour with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods.

Full Time Fixed Term Contract from May until October 2026, we can offer varying start and end dates between these months.

You’ll lead engaging education programmes that take curriculum delivery beyond the classroom, helping young people explore the natural world and understand key concepts in field studies and sustainability. Working with children and school groups means plenty of energy and fun—and it’s never, ever boring.

You’ll need a degree in Geography, Geology, Biology or a similar subject, plus plenty of enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with children — if this role excites you, we’ll equip you with all the training you need to get started.
