Senior Electrical Design Engineer (HV/MV)

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing team working across high-impact energy and infrastructure projects. This is a senior-level opportunity offering flexibility on role grade and salary depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to HV/MV electrical design across a range of projects
  • Interface with UK TSO/DNO stakeholders and ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements
  • Support project delivery from concept through to execution
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship where required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical design within relevant sectors (grid, power generation, BESS, data centres highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of UK TSO/DNO interfaces and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
