We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Cumbernauld. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to placing them in exciting roles — while developing strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM system
