Support Worker
Support Worker needed for a bespoke service supporting autistic adults and those with learning disabilities. Duties include supporting individuals with complex behavioral needs, providing personal care, and maintaining records. The role requires experience in a challenging environment.

37.5 hours per week - Autism and Learning Disabilities Support
£12.31
shifts between 9.30pm and 7.45am
Must be flexible to work both shifts & weekends
Essential: Experience with complex behavioural needs.
The people we support in service can display very complex behaviours which is why we are looking for people that have worked in this environment before.

Support Worker duties:
- Supporting people with very complex behavioural needs
- Personal Care
- Providing the best support possible in a challenging environment
- Working to person centred/behavioural support plans
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
