FULL DESCRIPTION
Precision are hiring for a number of General Assembly Operators to help in the day-to-day building and wiring low-voltage electrical switchgear and control panels used in projects across the globe. You don’t need experience to join us — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to build new skills in a thriving and expanding business where training, support, and progression are part of everyday working life.
Assembly & Production Duties
- Carry out manual assembly, wiring, or production tasks in accordance with drawings, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
- Accurately fit, secure, and assemble components as required.
- Ensure materials are used correctly and handle parts with care to prevent damage.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Quality & Compliance
- Work in line with company quality procedures and relevant standards.
- Carry out visual checks and self-inspections of completed work to ensure it meets specification.
- Report defects, quality issues, or deviations promptly.
- Support maintaining a “right first time” approach to work.
Testing & Checks (where applicable)
- Assist with basic functional
What we are looking for:

- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful but not essential
