The role involves providing excellent customer service, working as part of a team, and ensuring store standards are met. Training will take place in-store over 12 months, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

At the end of your training period, you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
