The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest level of care, support and wellbeing is delivered to our clients by meeting physical, health, social and emotional needs (in line with the care plan) and adhering to [Employer hidden] policies, procedures and values at all times. What our client is looking for: Female care workers only to provide personal care, medication requirements, moving and handling, fluids and nutrition requirements provided within clients own home.
