Here’s what you’ll be doing in your first 12 months

  • Connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data and Finance into a single revenue engine
  • Own and optimise the CRM and wider GTM tech stack
  • Embed a data-driven culture that improves forecasting, pipeline and sales velocity
  • Enable Sales and BDR teams with tools, playbooks and AI-assisted workflows
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards that drive real decisions
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and improve revenue performance

About you

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Operations
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in automation and AI
  • Confident influencing across teams and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and designing better processes
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC a plus)
  • Happy working hybrid in Manchester
