About the role

MyPD seeks an experienced Training Course Producer to research, prepare and produce executive training programmes for the public, private and third sector markets in the UK.

*The primary responsibilities of the Training Course Producer include:*

  • Conduct in-depth research and build knowledge for new training topics and markets to target
  • Produce insightful sector-leading training courses
  • Design a curriculum for existing and new training offerings
  • Recruit and liaise with high-calibre trainers and speakers for our training programmes; deal with contracts and trainer arrangements
  • Meet product generation and launch targets
  • Create compelling content for our social media accounts and newsletters
  • Liaise with the Chartered Management Institute on assignments for courses offering qualification

Desired skills and experience

As a new business, we have ambitious growth targets and as a result seek an energetic and driven individual who can research, write, and produce executive training programmes, develop and maintain good relationships with our trainers, and provide excellent customer service to our clients:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in History, English, Business Administration, or a related topic
  • Experience in designing and producing training programmes and recruiting expert trainers
  • Understanding different learning styles
  • Understanding of executive training and private sector training market
  • Understanding modern leadership styles and leadership development
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Excellent organisational, logistical, and time-management skills
  • Strong research background – be able to digest and break-down complex information
  • Analytical skills
  • A positive, proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for learning & development
