We are seeking QC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming stock - including plants, ceramic pots, glass vases, and baskets - ensuring everything meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpacking pallets and checking components for damage, quality, and completeness.
- Recording detailed notes and evaluations on stock quality.
- Checking plants for pests, disease, and overall health; watering stock as needed.
- Picking sample plants from nurseries for customers.
- Supporting other areas, during quieter periods.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Basic plant knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills for reporting findings to supervisors.
- Fluent English speaking and understanding.
