Maintenance
Life Works House is looking to recruit a maintenance to join the team. This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. Maintains a well-decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the site, in line with quality standards, and follows work processes which comply with statutory regulations.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. Maintains a well-decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the site, in line with quality standards, and follows work processes which comply with statutory regulations. Ensures that [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] minimum standards are delivered in all site areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team. Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the Maintenance Manager (and then actions as agreed) to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations. What you'll bring to the role

Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. The role also demands the capability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity and accuracy independently. A strong customer-focused attitude is essential, as is a collaborative team-working ethic. Experience or an understanding of building, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical disciplines is desirable.
