FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team.This is a full time, 38.5 hour role which will need flexibility for weekends and a rotation of night duties as required.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or other needs
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Help clients develop independent living skills and promote social inclusion
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to relevant professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients
