Deputy Manager

You’ll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that truly puts people first. Using a personalised approach and proven support methods, you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move towards a brighter future.

What you'll be doing

Using a personalised approach and proven support methods, you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move towards a brighter future. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:

  • Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
  • Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
  • Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
  • Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive

What you'll bring to the role

This is a rewarding but sometimes challenging role, so resilience and a positive mindset are essential. Your empathy and compassion will help you support individuals through both their achievements and their more difficult moments. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within a care setting (essential)
  • Is confident supporting individuals with complex or challenging behaviours (desirable)
  • Brings strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Is motivated to make a real difference every day
