Deputy Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Supported Living in the West Midlands is looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our team on a full-time, 40-hour per week basis. You’ll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that truly puts people first. Using a personalised approach and proven support methods, you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move towards a brighter future.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that truly puts people first. Using a personalised approach and proven support methods, you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move towards a brighter future. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:
- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
What you'll bring to the role
This is a rewarding but sometimes challenging role, so resilience and a positive mindset are essential. Your empathy and compassion will help you support individuals through both their achievements and their more difficult moments. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a care setting (essential)
- Is confident supporting individuals with complex or challenging behaviours (desirable)
- Brings strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Is motivated to make a real difference every day
