Bank Support Worker
Beach House is looking for a Bank Support Worker to join their bank team. Beach House is located between the Branksome and Parkstone areas of Poole. Our home offers assessment and residential support for seven males and females who have a learning disability and who may be on the autism spectrum. We can also support people with complex conditions and communication difficulties. Beach House is situated on a quiet street, within easy reach of both Poole and Bournemouth.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residentsYou can find additional information in the attached job description.
