HR / Payroll Officer

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR/Payroll Officer to join the team. This permanent position is well suited to either a competent administrator who is looking to advance in Human Resources/Payroll, or an experienced Payroll Officer with strong administration skills and an interest in HR.

Role: HR/Payroll Officer

Location: Norwich

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5/wk (flexible)

Pay: £9.14/hr to £10.57/hr depending on payroll experience.

Based within the HR Department, you will process payroll on a monthly basis for a staff team of 120, as well as providing administrative support to the HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the HR/Payroll function.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven knowledge / experience in payroll and of working in a busy administrative environment. You will be an effective communicator who can work independently to tight timescales and are able to successfully manage and prioritise your workload.
