Account Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support Senior Account Managers in managing client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 830am – 5pm

Role and responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts under the guidance of Senior Account Managers.
  • Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support the development of account plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Help monitor account performance and report on key metrics.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a client-facing role.
