FULL DESCRIPTION
We’re currently recruiting for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join our team based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a great opportunity for HGV drivers who are in the start of their career and have just passed the 6 month mark on their licence as those who perform well may get an ongoing opportunity with a reputable and long-standing client of ours.
Pay Rate:
£15.00 per hour
Job Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries (10-12 drops per shift)
- Transporting packaged and palletised paper products
- Offloading using tail lift and pump truck
- Some handballing of goods required
- Ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers
⏰ Start Times:
Average start times between 05:00AM – 07:00AM
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months holding a valid HGV Class 2 licence
- At least 3 months driving experience in a similar role
- Minimum age: 25 years old
- Good understanding of UK road regulations and tach hours
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Consistent communication whilst on the road

*Your hourly pay rate is £15.00, and you will accrue £2.09 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.
