Class 1 Tipper Driver
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is offering an opportunity for experienced Class 1 Tipper Drivers to join a client on long-haul tipper routes, with daily tramping and a night-out allowance. This role involves driving across the UK, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining safe driving standards.
Pay & Benefits
£17.50ph to £19.61ph
Base rate: £17.50 per hour
Holiday pay: £2.11 per hour accrued
Your hourly pay rate is £17.50 and you will accrue £2.11 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers

Job Details – Class 1 Tipper Driver
10-12 hour shifts
Daily tramping with £30 night-out pay
Monday to Friday
Start time: 06:00am until finish
Long-term, ongoing assignment

Daily Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving across the country, including sites in Wales and Scotland
- Loading and unloading scrap materials
- Operating a 40ft trailer
- Sheeting the load where required
- Maintaining safe, professional driving standards
- Communicating clearly with the transport office
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 tipper experience
- Maximum 5 points (no DR or IN offences)
- Must be 25 years old or over
- Flexibility to night out essential due to tramping
- Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently
