We’ve supported this client since 2020, with over 100 drivers moving into permanent roles – including 21 so far this year! This is an ongoing role with long hours
✅ What You’ll Get as a Van Driver
- £12.76 per hour + holiday pay
- Ongoing work – no fixed end date
- No weekends – regular shifts, start times between 03:30AM and 05:30AM

Your Role as a Van Driver
- Delivering car parts to industrial customers within a 75-mile radius
- Loading/unloading of car parts of all shapes, sizes and weights
- Representing the client professionally and keeping customers satisfied
- Ensuring your assigned vehicle is well maintained and any defects are reported
- All paperwork and products on vehicle is checked to ensure accuracy with deliveries
- Consistent communication is maintained throughout shift
What We’re Looking For in a Van Driver
- Minimum 6 months of commercial van driving experience
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Minimum age of 25 due to insurance
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
- Able to carry out pre-delivery checks confidently
- Someone who wants ongoing early start work
- Hard-working candidate who wants to work long hours and early starts

Your hourly pay rate is £12.76, and you will accrue £1.77 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.
