Position: Forklift Driver

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £13.63 per hour (rising to £14 after training)

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury. Our client is a well-established supplier of dairy products across the UK, offering a clean and organised working environment and long-term career opportunities.

Your role as a Forklift Driver

  • Safely unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift truck
  • Move stock between warehouse and yard areas
  • Load goods onto HGVs and vans for delivery
  • Maintain accurate stock movement and follow safety procedures
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets

Requirements

  • Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
  • Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
  • Good awareness of warehouse safety and procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern

Pay & Hours

Hourly Rate: £13.63 per hour, rising to £14 after successful completion of training

Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly

– Week 1: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:30

– Week 2: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:30

Saturday Shift: 07:00 – 15:30/16:00

Working Week: Minimum 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis
