FULL DESCRIPTION
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant, who is a technically minded, creative individual, looking to work in a lively and close-knit team! The role is a full-time position (covering maternity) based in our Norwich Operations Office and offers on the job training and extensive experience in the retail industry.
Temporary Marketing Assistant
Your main duties will include:
- Supporting and assisting various colleagues in all areas of on/offline marketing within the company.
- Proactive attitude handling a range of administrative tasks.
- Coordinating competitor research on regular promotional activity.
- Sourcing supplies for in-store use.
- Customer retention administrative support.
- Email, blog, and content creation.
- Use of a bespoke, in-house CRM system (training provided).
Experience and Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Successful within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally have experience with Adobe Software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Driving License is essential.
This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 5.00pm, 37.75 hours per week.
