PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQE
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000

Role Requirements The ideal Private Client Solicitor will:

Be Non-Qualified Fee Earner to 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)
Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:

Probate & Administration of Estates
Wills drafting
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trusts
Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning

Key Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships
Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude
Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
