PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQE

Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: £35,000 – £60,000

Role Requirements The ideal Private Client Solicitor will:

• Be Non-Qualified Fee Earner to 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)
• Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:
• Probate & Administration of Estates
• Wills drafting
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
