About the Role
We are looking for a Client Experience Manager to deliver an exceptional, seamless service to both internal and external clients. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment from the moment clients arrive.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding client service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience & Front of House

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all client interactions (in person, phone, and email)
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth, professional journey throughout their visit
  • Managing client queries efficiently and delivering a high standard of service at all times

Collaboration & Communication

  • Working closely with teams across the business to ensure client needs are met
  • Directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Escalating any concerns or complaints promptly and appropriately

Client Suite & Office Support

  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, fully equipped, and presentation-ready
  • Supporting general facilities tasks, including post handling and document distribution
  • Maintaining shared spaces and office equipment (including coffee stations)

Events & Hospitality

  • Supporting the delivery of client events and meetings
  • Preparing refreshments, lunches, and catering for meetings and events
  • Managing stock and ordering catering supplies

Administration

  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries promptly
  • Handling scanning, copying, and document management tasks
  • Prioritising workloads effectively to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)

Desirable

  • Experience within a professional services environment
