An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a modern law firm with traditional values. You will work closely with a team of highly experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom have backgrounds at well-established and reputable law firms. This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal looking to build on their conveyancing experience, gain hands-on exposure to quality work, and progress their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Drafting contracts and supporting documentation Conducting searches and preparing reports Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care Supporting the wider property team as required

Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and team-oriented approach
