The role involves planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, building customer segmentations, analyzing customer behavior, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

About the Role

As our CRM Executive, you will work with the CRM Manager to plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns. This is an exciting time to join the CRM team at [Employer hidden], as we build and develop the new CRM strategy for the business. Whilst initially focusing on our dental membership plans, recalls, practice specific communication requests and event day communications, the role will include;

  • The set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
  • Identifying target audiences for campaigns
  • Building customer segmentations to deliver targeted and personalised messaging
  • Delivering flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs
  • Building contact databases using PowerBI and Excel to ensure correct patients are targeted and correct information is included
  • Proofing communications to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering
  • Analysing customer behaviour to inform CRM initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaign performance
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to take ownership of your own work, and care about the quality of work delivered to ensure high levels of service with both the technical and communication elements of the role
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data
  • Strong working knowledge and track record of using an email platform to segment and deliver CRM messaging
  • Experience with A/B testing of email campaigns
  • Experience creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails
  • Experience building out automations
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS Excel, responsive email design
  • Willing to travel to stay connected with team members and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a healthcare industry in desirable, but not essential
