Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator, Packaging & Labeling

[Employer hidden] is seeking a Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator to support the delivery of clinical supplies by managing packaging and labeling projects. You will work closely with teams to ensure timely production, compliance with regulations, and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clinical supply projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to design packaging and labeling for clinical studies.
  • Create and track detailed schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate the availability of materials, including drug products, components, and label text.
  • Review and approve packaging and labeling orders to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Use systems like SAP to manage orders, inventory, and production processes.
  • Compile documentation to support the release of clinical supplies.
  • Work with external vendors to manage outsourced projects and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor activities for compliance with CGMP standards and address any deviations.
  • Participate in quality investigations and process improvements.
  • Contribute to creating or updating procedural documents.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, business, life sciences, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and CGMP principles.
  • A proactive approach to learning and improving processes.
