FULL DESCRIPTION

Join a leading biotech team as a Service Demand Associate driving seamless service delivery through smart demand planning and resource coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor demand and supply of service activities using digital tools and systems.
  • Address supply-demand imbalances by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings with insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in inventory management processes.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies within the TS organization.
  • Manage short-term demand planning, including day-to-day resource allocation and customer updates.
  • Assist in mid-to-long-term demand planning, supporting proactive service activities and capacity forecasting.
  • Maintain inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and adherence to ordering guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A-level educated or equivalent, with minimum 5 GCSEs (grades A-C in English Language, English Literature, and Mathematics).
  • Previous experience in demand planning functions is desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Experience in technology-led environments, ideally within healthcare.
