Senior BD Manager

Drive strategic growth and shape long‑term partnerships as the force behind enterprise success across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and the company’s portfolio.
  • Build a deep understanding of enterprise account needs, stakeholders, and the competitive landscape.
  • Consult with customers to deliver insights for clinical effectiveness and operational excellence.
  • Drive market share growth through new business opportunities, contract renewals, and protecting existing business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and negotiate profitable contracts.
  • Establish the company as a premier performance partner, engaging with stakeholders from laboratory leadership to C-suite executives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • University degree, ideally in medical technology.
  • Proven experience in the diagnostics industry, managing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Strong solution-selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics industry trends, competitors, and regulations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
