Senior BD Manager
Drive strategic growth and shape long‑term partnerships as the force behind enterprise success across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and the company’s portfolio.
- Build a deep understanding of enterprise account needs, stakeholders, and the competitive landscape.
- Consult with customers to deliver insights for clinical effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Drive market share growth through new business opportunities, contract renewals, and protecting existing business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and negotiate profitable contracts.
- Establish the company as a premier performance partner, engaging with stakeholders from laboratory leadership to C-suite executives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree, ideally in medical technology.
- Proven experience in the diagnostics industry, managing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong solution-selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder levels.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics industry trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
