[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a skilled and motivated individual in Product Support Installations to work a 12-month contract. This role involves working nationally across the UK, with a preference for candidates based in the North, though this is not essential. You will play a key role in maintaining and servicing medical technology equipment, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations across the UK to service and maintain medical equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with electrical and biomedical devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A qualification in electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related field (e.g., ONC, HND, City & Guilds diploma, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of biomedical science or medical technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a national field-based role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
