[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an experienced Statistician to join as a Senior Consultant and become one of the most senior figures within the companies Biostatistics department. The business pride themselves on their ‘quality over quantity’ approach which has culminated into them being the partner of choice for a plethora of Pharma’s/Biotech’s ranging from Global Top 10 to Start Up’s.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the internal strategic direction of the Biostatistics department
  • Act as an internal and external lead by working as key POC to clients and internal cross-functional groups
  • Lead the design/implementation of solutions to complex problems depending on client needs
  • Lead the design/implementation of internal process improvement/innovation initiatives
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in statistical/health economics approaches and methodologies
  • Lead/mentor junior team members and potentially undertake line management responsibilities

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Full right to work in UK / EU
  • Demonstratable experience working on HEOR studies
  • Strong statistical methodology background
  • Strong communication skillset to technical and non-technical personnel
